Gawron Turgeon designed this new office building and maintenance facility to consist of approximately 6,270 sq. ft. of office space and 28,300 sq. ft. of “state of the art” maintenance/shop space. The building is 2 stories, with brick veneer and granite base.
The offices include an estimating department, plan room, business offices and conference rooms. The shop consists of 3 areas: the first will provide office space and support areas for administering daily work schedules and staff support; the second is the workshop with 3 traveling cranes, multiple work bays, a dedicated wash bay and welding and work shop; and the third is a multiple storage area.
