Since 1998, Gawron Turgeon Architects has worked with the Black Point Inn. Most recently, we restored the inn to its original size to ensure its economic viability while preserving a vital part of Prouts Neck history.
The Black Point Inn recently achieved full certification as Environmental Leader in the lodging industry by the Department of Environmental Protection of the State of Maine. This “Green” certification was due partially to key renovation choices.
