Originally a state armory facility, Gawron Turgeon Architects historically renovated this building into a 100,000 sq. ft., 105-room, Five Star hotel / convention center in Portland's historic Old Port.

Due to the high public profile of this sensitive project, multiple community-based organizations we invited into the design process.
