This new 3+ story building supports nearly 50 homeless women with 3 types of housing:

• Safehaven private living spaces
• SRO efficiency apartments
• Emergency beds for temporary crisis

Avesta Housing and Preble Street Resouces developed this based on the "Housing First" model.

The key to Gawron Turgeon Architects' design was creating an open, welcoming environment coupled with a strong sense of security.
