Sweetser Administrative Facility

Gawron Turgeon Architects designed a new 30,800 sq.ft. building located on the existing Sweetser campus in Saco to house administrative and executive offices.

Through extensive programming to determine the space requirements for Sweetser, the the size and configuration of the building was able to maximize efficiencies. 

The design reflected the corporate image of Sweetser, while allowing flexibility for future changes.  The facility utilizes open space work areas, provides offices, conference, training and computer rooms.
