Seventy-Five State Street desired to protect the architectural heritage of this 1820s Cutter House building, while addressing their mission to provide gracious urban apartments for its residents.
Gawron Turgeon Architects designed renovations to create 11 functional and private independent living apartments while preserving historical details. We also turned a paved lot into paradise by designing a brick lined walkway, picnic area, benches, flowering shrubs, trees, and a planting bed where Seventy-Five State Street residents can grow their own vegetables and flowers.
