Birch Bay Village

Gawron Turgeon Architects designed the new senior living community to take full advantage of the natural surroundings and views intrinsic to Mount Desert Island. The 65,000 sq. ft. Inn houses independent, assisted living, and memory loss units, and capitalizes on social meeting spaces such as the libraries, dining rooms, and other activity areas. A 32-cottage community was also designed.
