Dirigo Pines

Consisting of a Main Inn and independent living cottages on a 56-acre site in Orono, this community was uniquely designed by Gawron Turgeon Architects as part of Eastern Maine Medical Healthcare's umbrella. The 133,500 sq. ft. Main Inn houses 42 independent living apartments, 32 traditional assisted living apartments, advanced care units, and 27 special care (memory loss) units. The cottage homes are single-story duplex structures with well landscaped lots.
