Durgin Pines

Gawron Turgeon Architects designed this new 42,500 sq. ft. nursing facility with 55 nursing care beds and 26 skilled care beds (including 13 for York Hospital). This doubles the availability for skilled nursing care in the Kittery area.

In addition to sitting areas, commercial kitchen, dining and laundry, Durgin Pines has an outdoor rehabilitation garden with gazebo, and a children's daycare program for a truly integrated community.
