OceanView at Falmouth

This expansion project includes 23 new independent apartments, each designed as a home with bedrooms, living/dining rooms and kitchen. Amenities include laundry areas, a large social / gathering space, exercise and billiards rooms.

The expansion also includes a new entry, under ground resident parking and enlarged dining room for the Main Lodge.

Currently, Gawron Turgeon Architects is doing a renovation / addition project there again. Revit construction drawings are completed and construction began in March, 2011.
